About

My Practice

Confidential counselling and systemic psychotherapy in the heart of Zürich and online.

Within a safe, non-judgmental and collaborative space, my clients can talk openly about difficult feelings, explore painful issues, and recognise and build on their individual and family strengths and relational resources. Together, we look at difficulties from different perspectives and explore ways of understanding and managing them differently.

Therapy can help people make meaningful changes in their relationships and their lives, create new possibilities for the future, and draw on their own resources when facing challenging circumstances or important life transitions. These may include bereavement, loss of work, financial difficulties, depression, anxiety, difficult or harmful behaviour, becoming parents, starting school, puberty, leaving home, separation or divorce.

I have extensive experience working with families facing complex, emotionally demanding and sometimes highly conflictual situations. These can include child protection concerns, self-harm, domestic violence, physical abuse, trauma, suicide risk and parental mental health difficulties.

As a family and systemic psychotherapist, I work with adults, children and teenagers, and, where helpful, with members of the wider family or professional system, such as schools or other professionals involved in an individual’s or family’s life. I also bring a systemic understanding of relationships to my work with organisations and professional networks.
